Isn't TN landlocked?

*whew* I'm sure glad that Senator Alexander (R-TN) wants to protect American coastlines from ugly wind power. His bill, cosponsored by Senator Warner (R-VA), would eliminate wind tax credits for any wind farm located within 20 miles of a coastline, military base, national park or other highly scenic area. Good thing too. We need to keep those nasty wind farms from ruining our coastlines with their visual pollution. And to think, only a landlocked Senator from TN had the courage to stand up to the all powerful wind lobby to protect our coasts.

I don't suppose the coal industry in TN or VA had anything to do with this bill...
